Abstract Guidelines

All abstracts must be submitted via the SNVIS Abstract Form by 20 January 2026, Tuesday, 5.00pm (SGT). Submissions via email or other formats will not be accepted.

Abstracts and presentations must be written in English.

The abstract body text is limited to 300 words. This limit excludes the title, author names, and institutional affiliations.

Please do not include tables, graphs, or images in your abstract.

Upon submission, an automated acknowledgement email will be sent to the author’s registered email address.

Authors may revise and resubmit their abstracts until the 20 January 2026, Tuesday, 5.00pm (SGT).

The mode of presentation will be decided by the Scientific Committee during review of abstracts and further details emailed to the authors.

A single Presenting Author may be listed as the presenting author for up to three (3) abstract submissions. Any additional abstracts must be presented by a different individual, who must also be listed as a co-author on the respective submission.

All presenting authors must register and pay for 6th World AVM Congress & SNVIS Annual Scientific Meeting 2026 by 2 February 2026, Monday.

Presenting authors who fail to register by this deadline will have their abstracts excluded from the conference.

Abstract submissions will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee, and notifications of acceptance will be sent to the presenting authors.

Submission of an abstract constitutes the author’s consent to have their accepted work presented during the conference.
