Abstract Guidelines

  • All abstracts must be submitted via the SNVIS Abstract Form by 20 December 2025, Saturday. Submissions via email or other formats will not be accepted.

  • Abstracts and presentations must be written in English.

  • The abstract body text is limited to 300 words. This limit excludes the title, author names, and institutional affiliations.

  • Please do not include tables, graphs, or images in your abstract.

  • Upon submission, an automated acknowledgement email will be sent to the author’s registered email address.

  • Authors may revise and resubmit their abstracts until the 20 December 2025, Saturday.

  • If you do not receive the acknowledgement email, please contact enquiry@conectere.com.sg.

  • The mode of presentation will be decided by the Scientific Committee during review of abstracts and further details emailed to the authors.

  • A single Presenting Author may be listed as the presenting author for up to three (3) abstract submissions. Any additional abstracts must be presented by a different individual, who must also be listed as a co-author on the respective submission.

  • If AI is used, ensure that the AI tool is properly cited, and ensure that you write your response entirely using your own words. Even when paraphrased slightly, AI-generated text can still be flagged as plagiarism.

  • The presenting author is responsible for submitting the abstract.

  • All presenting authors must register and pay for 6th World AVM Congress & SNVIS Annual Scientific Meeting 2026 by 1 January 2026, Thursday.

  • Presenting authors who fail to register by this deadline will have their abstracts excluded from the conference.

  • Abstract submissions will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee, and notifications of acceptance will be sent to the presenting authors.

  • Submission of an abstract constitutes the author’s consent to have their accepted work presented during the conference.

  • The mode of presentation will be decided by the scientific committee during review of abstracts and further details emailed to the authors.
