Resident/Fellow6th World AVM Congress & SNVIS Annual Scientific Meeting 2026 is pleased to offer a reduced registration fee for attendees who are residents or fellows. To qualify for Resident/Fellow rate, you are required to submit an official document as proof of eligibility. Acceptable documents include: An official letter from your hospital department on hospital letterhead An official letter from your school on the school's letterhead Employment or enrollment letter Staff or fellow pass Pay slip (please omit sensitive information before submission) Your supporting document must clearly state your full name, the name of your hospital or educational institution, and your residency status. Accepted file formats: PDF, JPG, JPEG, PNG. If your application is found to be fraudulent, your registration will be canceled without any prior notice, and no refunds will be issued.

Payment TermsSubmission of an online-registration constitutes an official registration and intent to attend the Conference. Full payment is required for admission to the Conference. Payments must be made using Visa, MasterCard, or American Express credit cards. Checks, purchase orders and cash are not accepted. If there are any issues with your credit card charge, please contact the appointed Professional Conference Organiser, Conectere Events Pte Ltd, by emailing enquiry@conectere.com.sg. We strive to respond within 3 working days.

Attendee Cancellation PolicyIf circumstances change and you can no longer attend this Conference, you may cancel your registration by providing a written notice via email to enquiry@conectere.com.sg. Our Attendee cancellation policy is outlined below. A $150 processing fee plus GST will be charged for all cancellations. Kindly notify us of your cancellation in writing to enquiry@conectere.com.sg on or before midnight SGT on Sunday, 4 Jan 2026. No refunds will be issued for any cancellations received after Sunday, 4 Jan 2026 (SGT). This includes, but is not limited to, failure to attend the conference due to illness, changes or rescheduling of the Conference by 6th World AVM Congress & SNVIS Annual Scientific Meeting 2026, or due to events beyond the parties’ reasonable control, such as travel disruptions, natural disasters or weather emergencies, civil unrest, epidemics, public health emergencies (declared or undeclared), or acts of terrorism. For all cancellation requests submitted within the cancellation period, Conectere Events will contact you to request your bank details and will process the refund within 30 business days after the conference. The processing fee will be deducted from the refund, and any bank charges will be borne by the attendee. Reminder: Cancelling your Conference registration does not automatically cancel your hotel and travel arrangements. Attendees are responsible for cancelling their hotel and travel reservations.
