Dear Colleagues and Friends,

It is with great pleasure that I welcome you to the SNVIS (Society of Neurovascular Interventions & Surgery – Singapore) Annual Scientific Meeting 2027, to be held in Singapore from 1st to 3rd July 2027.

This congress builds on the remarkable success of 2026, when SNVIS had the privilege of hosting the 6th World AVM Congress. The scientific exchange and friendships forged at that landmark congress continue to inspire us and sets the stage for SNVIS 2027.

Our theme this year, Uniting Minds, Bridging Knowledge, Advancing Stroke Care, embodies the spirit of collaboration and scientific exchange that lies at the heart of this congress. This year's programme places particular emphasis on ischaemic stroke intervention, from evolving thrombectomy evidence to the growing role of new technologies such as AI and robotics. Alongside this, we continue to cover the full breadth of neurovascular practice, from aneurysms and vascular malformations to emerging neurointerventional therapies.

Stroke care advances when we work together, across specialties and across borders. This congress brings together neurointerventionalists, neurologists, neurosurgeons, neuroradiologists and allied health professionals from the region and around the world. Expect cutting-edge presentations, challenging cases, lively debate and hands-on workshops. Most of all, we hope you leave with new insights, new collaborators and fresh ideas that make a real difference to your patients.

Singapore, a city where cultures meet and innovation thrives, offers a fitting home for this exchange. We look forward to welcoming you to our shores in July 2027.
